When will I get my apparel?

All in-stock items will ship within 2-3 days of your purchase unless otherwise stated. This does not include shipping time or pre-sale items.

Presale items will ship within time stated in the product’s description.

Depending on your order or item weight, items will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive an email once your package has been shipped.

What size should I get?

Before placing your order, please check out our handy-dandy size guide to ensure a proper fit.

How do I make an exchange or a return?

Because of the limited quantity of items available in our store, we are unable to cancel or change your orders once they have been placed.

Got the wrong size? No worries! We will gladly accept returns for your correct size if that item is in stock.

If not, a store credit equal to the value of that item will be applied once returned to us.

To be eligible for a return, please follow the guidelines below:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item explaining what went wrong and how we can help
    • Return your item unworn and unwashed (with hang tags).
    • Include your order number and printed invoice with your return
    • Pay for shipping cost during the return and exchange process

All preorder and sale items are final purchases; no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

While we will make sure your order is safely packaged, once shipped out we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! As of 6/24/17, we ship to over 100 countries. If your country is not on the list at check out, please contact us to see what we can do!
